PRIME2KEY is the data controller for Users' personal data. Your personal data will be processed by PRIME2KEY for purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions, including complaint resolution and marketing PRIME2KEY’s products and services. The processing of your personal data is lawful as it is necessary for the performance of the contract with the User (under Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR) and for the legitimate interests pursued by PRIME2KEY (under Article 6.1(f) of the GDPR), such as marketing its own products and services. PRIME2KEY implements appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, when transferring personal data outside the EEA.

Personal data will be stored for six years from the date of their last modification. Users have the right to request access, rectification, or erasure of their personal data, or to restrict processing, object to processing, and exercise data portability rights. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent PRIME2KEY from fulfilling the contract and processing data for the aforementioned purposes. PRIME2KEY may use User data, including purchase history, product preferences, spending habits, and purchase frequency, to analyze preferences, interests, and behaviors and to create a User profile. For example, PRIME2KEY may predict a User’s preferences and interests based on this information. If the User has consented to receive marketing communications, they may receive targeted marketing messages based on their profile. PRIME2KEY aims to provide updates on offers and products that match the User’s interests. However, PRIME2KEY will not subject Users to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
