The Rulers Make the Rules:
The new vassal mechanic lets you define the roles of your new subjects. Create new, specialized empires that can become economic superpowers or develop military or technological experts. Negotiate or make demands on your vassals, determining the future of dozens of worlds, and reap the benefits!
A Unified Galaxy (Under Your Command):
— Find and unite empires scattered among the stars! As you explore the vast galaxy, you will encounter a variety of factions, from the mysterious Veilwalkers to militant mercenaries and resourceful recyclers. Will you be able to forge a mutually beneficial partnership with them and gain access to their unique capabilities, or will you force them into submission?
Five new origins:
— Imperial Domain. You may be a niche empire now, but someday the galaxy will need a new ruler… Will that be you?— Starfleet. The ruins of a quantum catapult have been discovered near your homeworld. What secrets will your people uncover if they can rebuild the machine?
— Subterraneans. Your species has adapted to life underground, excelling in resource extraction and archaeology. Find out what awaits you above ground!
