Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam

The Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam Digital Expansion Pack not only preserves the depth and action-packed gameplay of Battlefield: Bad Company 2, it improves on it. The game now features 15 Vietnam-era weapons and six vehicles. 

The expansion pack includes five all-new Vietnam-era multiplayer maps. Tunnels, trenches, and dense jungles provide a variety of gameplay opportunities for enemies to strike. 

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam retains all four multiplayer game modes from Battlefield: Bad Company 2, including the genre-defining Conquest mode. The update is fully integrated with the original game, so no matter which theater of war players are fighting in, they will continue to advance through their careers.

To recreate the 60s atmosphere in the game, the DICE audio department re-recorded all the audio for both sides of the conflict based on authentic dialogue from the Vietnam War. And the soundtrack with two hours of 60s rock music will help to fully recreate the soundtrack typical of this era.

• 5 completely new maps. 5 maps created based on the Vietnam War, each of which will bring new elements to the gameplay and add a new stream to the visual component of the game.
• Six famous combat vehicles. Blow down the treetops in the American Huey helicopter. Take control of the Russian T-54 tank, the nimble US Pibber patrol boat, and other Vietnam War-era vehicles.
• 15 signature Weapons – Players enter combat with 15 new weapons based on existing prototypes, including the Navy SEALs’ vintage XM22 machine gun and the M79 “Kolotushka” grenade launcher”.
• Soundtracks from the 60s – Eight radio stations play 49 tracks from the era, including CCR’s “Ride of the Valkyries” and “Fortunate Son.
• Real Dialogue – All-new voiceovers for American and Vietnamese soldiers, based on real radio communications from the Vietnam War, provide a truly immersive gaming experience.
• New Achievements/Trophies Players can earn 10 new achievements/trophies, such as one for destroying a Vietnamese propaganda megaphone. Earn new stars for weapon mastery in the expansion.
