It is not easy to find a real horror game among MMOs these days, but this horror game has become a new step in the development of the genre. It broke the stereotypes that this kind of games are good in single-player mode and proved that online action can be no less frightening.
The theme for generating adrenaline is seemingly trivial – maniacs and victims, but it is presented in a rather unconventional way. A kind of “cat and mouse”. The uniqueness of the multiplayer project is that the killer in it is not a soulless AI with a slow brain, but a player, that is, a completely living and sane person. So there will be no mercy and calculated moves from the very beginning, which will quickly be seen by those who decide to buy Dead by Daylight.
The new game is not easy on a psychological level either, as it will repeatedly put you in front of a dilemma: should you abandon your victim-friends and save yourself or die with them?
As the game progresses, no matter who you play for, you will be able to develop and improve your skills, open access to auxiliary items – any of these acquisitions will allow you to drastically change your tactics. And another small but useful hint that can be of invaluable help in passing. Sounds are very important in this game. You need to be able to differentiate them.
Game features:
- Render unto Caesar what is Caesar’s. The game is distinguished by a clear division of roles. Someone becomes a killer, and someone becomes a victim. Note that the first one is given many more opportunities, so the victims will have to sweat not only from fear in order to survive.
- Survival Basics. Don’t get caught by the maniac. Learn to listen to sounds (they will tell you that the killer is nearby) and remain unnoticed.
- Space Generation. All locations are created randomly, and maniacs receive a package of unique features. It is unrealistic to predict what will happen next.
- On your own? The victims will have the right to decide how to act: whether to escape from the maniac alone or, having gathered in a group, give the psychopath a worthy rebuff. The black humor is that, without joining the coalition, you can become a potential killer for the other victims, and they will also start hunting you. Will you be able to fight back on two fronts? - Forever Alive. The first-person sadist (victims in the gameplay are content with only a third-person view) is indestructible. It is impossible to destroy him, you can only escape from him by setting up a clever distraction.
