Going Under is a satirical dungeon crawler where you explore the cursed ruins of tech companies. You play as an intern in a gloomy city called Neo-Cascadia. You are not getting paid. Arm yourself with office trash and make your way through unusual procedurally generated dungeons located under your company’s office

The ruined companies have not only ceased to exist: they have gone underground, and their workers are cursed and now wander the empty corridors as monsters. Your task is to put these monsters out of their misery and take their property so that the boss can buy himself a new car or something else nice.

They’re a company that makes a fizzy drink called Fizzle and a parent company that makes subscription boxes and has a bunch of delivery drones. Befriend your coworkers! Hire a freelance goblin! Date a slime! Invest in cryptocurrency! Set the company bus on fire!

In the dungeons of Going Under, you can use anything as a weapon: laptops, brooms, and giant pillows. There are also normal weapons, but they can break at the most inopportune moment if you’re not careful. Play carefully and choose the right weapon for each situation if you want to survive the probation period.

And you thought your boss was a monster. In the depths of the dungeons roam the founders of enterprises, getting rich on investments, while their workers fight each other. Defeat them and return to the surface with their enchanted relics to strengthen your company.

Explore the dungeons and acquire powerful skills that will change the way you play. Learn them in the cafe, and they will appear during your next descent into the dungeon. Use the skill as often as possible to get approval for it, then you can start expeditions with it. Combine several skills into crazy synergies, and in no time you will be picking other people’s intestines from the ceiling.
