HIVE: Altenum Wars

HIVE is a character-driven multiplayer shooter with a futuristic setting and a fast-paced gameplay style. The gameplay is side-scrolling. Up to 10 players fight in hexadiums: hexagonal combat arenas set inside the planet HIVE and divided into six zones, each with its own gravity. The characters controlled in HIVE, or hexadieres, have different abilities and weapons to suit each player’s playstyle. HIVE is a character-driven multiplayer shooter with a futuristic setting. The gameplay is side-scrolling, and the battle arena for up to 10 players is a series of hexadiums, hexagonal combat arenas set inside the planet HIVE and divided into six zones, each with its own gravity. A series of platforms and open spaces transform the hexadiums into a battlefield for intense combat.

In HIVE, we take on the role of the best fighters from the different races that exist in the game: human soldiers (UFG), humans modified with althenium (NHC), robots (EVO), and advanced aliens (Aeons). These characters, or Hexadiers, are the best fighters from different races who fight to obtain althenium, a mineral that is vital for the survival of different species. Before entering battle, each Hexadier can choose different abilities and weapons to suit their playstyle. With hundreds of combinations of available weapons and characters, each game will be truly unique!

Battles are governed by a number of rules in accordance with their game mode.
