After requesting information from the White House about Scoggins Aerials Co. and receiving only more bizarre riddles instead, the South American Mystery Investigation Department sends Nelson Tethers to investigate the case.

A strange case in Scoggins plunges Tethers into a mystery that will challenge all of his detective skills and ingenuity.

He must solve puzzles at every turn, mazes, logic puzzles and brain teasers, and soon he realizes that all of these clinically disturbed townspeople, hidden societies, and mysterious sounds from the woods are deeply connected to the main mystery.
