In the new part of the game “Viking Brothers” the action mainly takes place in Midgard. After the victory over the Atlanteans, only a little time passed in peace, but suddenly a new misfortune fell upon the World of people. In one night, nature suddenly changed beyond recognition. All the plants withered, the leaves on the trees withered, and the boars ran from the forest to get closer to people. The Vikings go into the forest to find out what happened, and they find a huge crack in the ground and a winged monster, a wyvern, which has already made a nest and clearly intends to settle there.

For help, the Vikings turn to the gods, who themselves do not know what happened. In search of answers, the brothers will have to meet the Great Serpent Jormungandr, who encircles the entire earth with his body. And then collect fragments of magic gems to stop the destruction of the world.

Unlike previous games in the series, here the Viking brothers act as the main saviors of the world. The help of the gods to the heroes is minimal, and Loki, out of habit, helps in some places, and even hinders in others. But the Vikings now have a magic altar, where for rather modest offerings you can strengthen one or both brothers or get an additional worker.

In the game you will meet old and new characters. These are gods, the keeper of Atlantis, titans, giants, pirates, witches and, of course, the reckless dwarf Larrim, who gets into some kind of trouble in each part of the game. There are few new characters, but they are quite solid. For example, the evil wyverns are so strong that they can only be defeated by Evarand, strengthened by the altar, and their nests can only be destroyed by a strengthened Boromir.

The game traditionally has three modes of play: easy, without a time limit, for those who like a leisurely, unhurried game, medium, with a standard time, and difficult, in which you have to calculate your actions very carefully.
