At first glance, the game is very similar to its predecessor (Return to Mysterious Island), but in fact the similarities are limited to the engine and interface. Mina fought for survival on an island abandoned by people, and Monsieur Ardan learns the laws and customs of an alien world, gets acquainted with the lunar inhabitants, their language, number system and runic writing, as well as the flora and fauna of the Moon. A much more interesting activity.
Among Myst-like adventures, Voyage stands out for its moderately impeccable logic. There are no puzzles here that are in no way connected with the surrounding environment and exist solely for the sake of complicating the game. All mechanisms have their purpose (often they need to be repaired), and hints do not allow you to get confused or guess about the function of this or that unit. It is enough to study Ardan’s notes properly and use your head.
