In Pro Cycling Manager career mode, you can create your own teams or manage existing ones and lead them to the top of the championships.

You are the team’s sporting director, and you have to make the right decisions:

• athlete selection: assemble your star team based on their results;
• sponsors: attract investment to increase your budget;
• finance: to maintain the trust of sponsors and recruit new athletes, your financial situation must be stable;
• equipment: manage your R&D department to improve the quality of your equipment and achieve maximum results;
• recruitment: in addition to athletes, you will need the help of good specialists (coaches, doctors and scouts to find new talent);
• training: Send out scouts to find future cycling stars and manage your bench to eventually become part of the pro team.

Play as a single rider or manage an entire team

In Pro Team mode, you will be able to lead a team of riders and lead them to the top of the Pro Cycling team rankings. And although your team starts from the bottom, you can always be invited to participate in major races if the organizers deem you show high results.

Create your own rider, level him up in Pro Leader mode, and compete against the likes of Primož Roglic and Tadej Pogačar to become the next legend of cycling. There are many profiles available in the game: climber, sprinter, puncher and all-rounder. Choose wisely if your goal is to win a Grand Tour or become a winner of the classics&nbsp!
