Pedestrian streets: let people walk wherever they want. Place them in the city just like any other roads. Create green centers without cars and noise!

Pedestrian zones and new rules. Introduce three new rules for certain areas of the city. Slow driving will set a speed limit of 20 km/h for all roads in the pedestrian zone except highways. Banning sugar will increase the average life expectancy of pedestrian zone residents, but will reduce the average happiness level. And street music will increase the average happiness level and noise pollution in pedestrian commercial zones.

District specialization. We’ve added 3 new district specializations: Business Zone, High Density Residential, and High Density Commercial. The specialization you choose affects all squares in the district. Buildings will look different and have different gameplay effects. Each specialization will give you 24 new modern buildings!

City Service Buildings. They’re vital to your residents, so why not make them beautiful? Choose buildings that match the style of the pedestrian zone and provide services that will increase the average happiness level (one of the most important parameters of success).
