The year is 1920, the United States passes “Prohibition”. As a result of the actions of Congress, a huge segment of the national economy is suddenly made illegal: bars and saloons are closed, distilleries and breweries cease to operate, alcohol dealers are declared outlaws. But a new era is dawning: a golden age for smugglers, black markets, illegal production and organized crime.

This is where your story begins. You’re new to town at the dawn of Prohibition, with ambition and a desire to succeed. Behind the city’s many facades, makeshift distilleries, secret loading docks, and late-night speakeasies are being built. Break into this illegal network, and the world will be yours.
