Game description

For the People is a highly social visual novel with strategy elements that invites the player to get into the shoes of an official in the truest sense of the word.

Congratulations, dear comrade, you are now the head of a small industrial city with the proud name of Iron-1. There is a totalitarian regime around, the consequences of the recent revolution and, as a result, a deep crisis and deficit.

But we are sure that it is young specialists like you who will be able to lead our country to stability and prosperity.

Glory to the Commonwealth of People’s Orange Communes and comrade Still!

Game Features

Feel the Taste of Power

Teenagers beat up an old man? 15 days!

But grandpa is a seasoned counterrevolutionary!

Let the young ones go, the old man is to blame himself!

You will have to sort out citizens’ requests (sometimes quite unusual), requests from subordinate departments and even uncover political intrigues. Collect information and don’t be shy about using data from illegal sources if it plays into your hands!

Think strategically

Each district of Zhelezny-1 requires immediate assistance, but the budget, of course, is not enough. Distribute resources to win the favor of district residents and increase your influence. Fight corruption at the local level or lead the “food chain” using your position. However, keep in mind that you won’t be able to please everyone. It’s up to you to decide whose side you are on.

5+ endings

Any decision made in the game will have its consequences – you will have to constantly maneuver between the interests of the party, the country, all the residents of the city, the budget and the available opportunities.

Whose side will you take, comrade mayor?
