From a team that includes the designers of HITMAN and one of the creators of PAYDAY, comes Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden, a tactical adventure that combines XCOM-style turn-based combat with the need to hide and explore a world devoid of humans, but filled with nature… and mutants.
The end of the world, of course, has come.
It was only a matter of time. Irreversible climate change, a global economic crisis, a deadly epidemic… and an escalating conflict between old and new superpowers. Then, for the first time since 1945, nuclear weapons were used, and the flashes of nuclear explosions lit up every corner of the Earth.
Now the war is over, and the planet is quiet. Nature reigns in the ruined cities. Only the wind walks through the streets that have turned into cemeteries.
There are no more people here. Mutants roam the remains of civilization in search of salvation (or at least food) – half humans, half animals, disfigured beyond recognition. To survive, you and your comrades will have to leave your shelter and go to the Zone.
Perhaps you will be able to find the legendary Eden – an ancient shelter hidden in the middle of the hell that reigns around. There, as legends say, you can find answers to all questions.
Although, perhaps all this is complete nonsense.
