HISTORICAL MISSIONS

The Panzer Corps 2: Frontlines – Bulge expansion takes players into the thick of the action during the famous Battle of the Bulge. The action begins a few days before the fateful date of December 16, 1944.

The campaign starts with a small offensive by American troops in the border region between Belgium and Germany, which will be the starting point for players. This conflict, which took place in real history and lasted from 4 to 6 weeks, is transformed by the game’s creators into incredibly exciting gameplay with interesting plot twists.

The introductory battle is relatively simple, but no less exciting. Its purpose is to introduce the player to the mechanics and plot of the game. Later in the campaign, events take a more dramatic turn: a sudden offensive by German forces begins, which brings additional complexity to the game and makes it even more exciting.

The game’s creators decided not to limit themselves to one scenario, but to divide the Ardennes operation into a number of battles. Each of them takes several days of game time and covers a certain geographical area, usually up to several dozen kilometers. This approach allowed them to achieve an incredibly high level of detail and recreate the epic atmosphere of the iconic battle.

Panzer Corps 2: Frontlines – Bulge offers players new tasks. In the early stages of the German offensive, your enemy will have a numerical advantage in both manpower and weapons. In addition, adverse weather conditions significantly complicate the work of the main striking force of the Allies – aviation. The creators of the game tried to make it as interesting and balanced as possible: you can earn rewards, including heroes and additional combat units, and three times during the campaign you are given the opportunity to choose a scenario, each of which is dedicated to a particular section of the battle.
