Become a team manager and lead your cycling team to victory! You will have to manage finances, recruit athletes, plan training and develop a race strategy. And in this game, for the first time in the Pro Cycling Manager series, you will also have to keep an eye on your cyclists and their morale. One decision can change everything…

Listen to your athletes’ requests (race participation, personal goals, etc.). Agree or refuse. You are the manager. Only you can make decisions that will maintain balance in the team, motivate athletes in difficult moments and help them achieve success.

In Pro Cyclist mode, you will be able to build a career as a professional cyclist. Did you succeed? Then go online! Up to 15 players can join your game.

• 21 official stages of the 2020 Tour de France.

• Career mode:

o Monitor the morale of your cyclists. They will approach you with requests (for example, to participate in a specific race or to hire another athlete), and you will have to refuse or agree to them. Your decision will affect their mood and even their physical condition. Don’t forget to take the transfer window into account.

o Motivation during races: During a race, each rider’s motivation is based on their morale and previous events, such as winning a previous race or winning a new jersey. A well-motivated rider can accelerate at a key moment in the race and make a dash to the finish.

o A new assistant to help you plan your races.

o A new dashboard interface.
