NEW SCOUTING SYSTEM

A good sporting director must be able to spot future talent, so a new scouting system has been developed. You will be sending scouts to find the best talent in a variety of regions. The effectiveness of your scouts will increase over time. They will regularly share information with you about the potential, characteristics, and other features of athletes. Use this knowledge to choose a strategy for interacting with the cyclist (monitor their success, include them in the “bench”, etc.) and learn more about them. Of course, other teams are your direct competitors.

NEW GENERATION OF CYCLISTS

The new system takes into account the level and potential of young athletes, who are determined by a 6-star rating system. Young cyclists will now be created by juniors from 16 to 18 years old. In total, 1,500 to 2,000 young athletes will appear each year (3 times more than before). New cyclists are more versatile and will develop in the same way as established stars.

DEVELOPMENT OF CYCLISTS

The athlete development system has been reworked so that they are more versatile, as in the case of young talents. To develop properly, your cyclists need to integrate perfectly into the team and have a good relationship with the coach.

MORE VARIOUS RACES

With a more diverse peloton, Pro Cycling Manager 2022 can create scenarios that are different from the standard Tour de France stage. Already in the first hour of the race, you can expect intense battles, favorites in the front positions and many attacks.

OTHER IMPROVEMENTS

The interface has been redesigned and the athlete page has been completely redesigned to include new stats, key abilities and rider results. An interface for comparing athlete stats has also been added&nbsp.

Stamina and Durability now have a stronger impact on the amount of effort an athlete expends during a race. This allows some riders to make multiple attacks at once and distribute their efforts more effectively towards the end of a race.

The athlete’s condition on race day is now closer to the declared preliminary condition. Fully customize the game with two settings: enabling and disabling the bonus amplitude, as well as adjusting it (from +5 to -5 with the ability to completely disable it).

Adjusted the simulation time: they are now twice as fast as before.
