Tank Warfare: Tunisia 1943 is a tactical combat simulator at the battalion level. Continuation of the Graviteam Tactics series on the Western Front.
The game consists of two modes:
- Operational – a turn-based mode in which you can transfer and concentrate forces in selected directions, replenish and replace units, repair and refuel equipment.
- Tactical – a real-time mode in which you conduct a firefight with the enemy, capturing territory, destroying equipment and enemy manpower.

The campaign includes more than 100 detailed units of equipment made in Germany, the USA and Great Britain. Over 400 sq. km of realistic landscapes, reconstructed from topographic maps and photo and video materials.

- Statistics management: statistics of each unit are taken into account (killed, losses, awards, etc.). After each battle, the post-battle statistics display damage and the condition of troops and equipment, as well as telemetry.
- Battlefield simulation: realistic observation devices, smoke screens and flares, trenches, and explosion craters. Traces of previous battles remain on the battlefield until the end of the operation.
- Realistic soldier behavior: each soldier has several basic parameters, such as experience level, endurance, and morale, which affect their behavior and effectiveness.
- Detailed weapon elaboration and realistic ballistics: bullets and shells fly along ballistic trajectories, taking into account wind, air temperature, and other parameters.
- Improved armor penetration: modeling based on ballistic histograms without the simplifications of probabilistic methods, the formation of secondary fragmentation fields takes into account many parameters, such as the change in the shape of the field in space, the characteristics of armor and fragments, armor thickness and the conditions of destruction.
- Comprehensive vehicle damage system: the engine, suspension, sights, weapons and guidance mechanisms can be damaged separately, which affects combat capabilities.
- Destructible environment: almost everything can be detonated and destroyed, from the surface of the landscape and buildings to enemy vehicles and fortifications.
- Improved off-map artillery control, including various fuse settings and shell types.
- Formation and movement modes: lines and columns, movement on the road and covertly, infantry moves behind tanks, setting the waiting time, firing sectors, etc.
- Automatic smoke screens: units lay smoke screens when the enemy is detected.
- Dynamic change of time of day, light sources and weather effects, affect the course of the battle, visibility and terrain passability.
