Aquarion is the first special Polytopian tribe! The water-breathing, fish-like Aquarion have emerged from the depths of the ocean along with their aquatic allies to fight for the Square against their land-dwelling brethren.

Unlike other tribes, Aquarion has a unique playstyle. Instead of Riders, Knights, or Giants, Aquarion gets fast Amphibians, Tridentine Archers, and tough Crabs. All of these units can swim and move easily between land and water tiles! Aquarion’s technology is also unique, matching the tribe’s unusual playstyle.

Aquarion has a special connection to water that no other tribe has. In addition to the standard naval units, the tribe has access to new troops that excel at surprise attacks and retreats. Amphibians, Tridentines, and Crabs all have the Escape ability, making them very difficult to pin down on the coast as they easily evade enemy attacks. With so many watery areas in Aquarion, members of this tribe are virtually elusive!
