Overcome all the difficulties on your way. Consider the needs of the residents and make sure they are happy. After all, unhappy residents pay less taxes, and you need them to pay for further construction. Do not forget that the world is full of everything that prevents people from being happy. The seasons affect the need for goods – in the summer you need more water, and in the winter – clothing. Your prosperous city can suffer from a catastrophe. Few people will be happy about a plague, a fire, a landslide or an attack by bandits!
