Connect Population

Residents will do more work and do more science if they are near train stations that are connected to densely populated areas.

Connect Production Buildings

Connecting an Iron Mine to a Steel Mill will increase production. So will other pairs of buildings, such as Sawmills to Sawmills, etc.
