Empire of Sin: Make it Count

Make It Count is the first major expansion for Empire of Sin, adding a new boss to the Chicago underworld: Maxim Zelnik, the “Street Dealer.” With Zelnik, the game will introduce new combat abilities, skills, and ways to expand your empire. Also meet a new type of gangster – Dealers, loan shark shops, new missions, weapons, events, and much more.

Maxim Zelnik

this boss is as good at keeping black books as he is at dealing with opponents. “Tight Rows” allows Maxim to call in reinforcements mid-battle.

Loan Sharks

loans and unique events related to this robbery business come to Chicago.

Dealer

a gangster who can pay off some problems in battle with money. The Mediator’s ability, “Barbed,” will disrupt enemy movement, giving you more time to plan.

Weapons

embrace the Mk VI Revolver, Short Shotgun, STA 22, Lightning Carbine, RSC M17, or one of the new Legendary weapons – the Persuader and the gold Gewehr M98.

Mission

20 new missions, including personal gangster missions and side missions, plus 25 new events.
